Ganesh MS is the Director and Finance Manager of Godrej Consumer Holdings Netherlands BV.

With over 17 years of experience in trade finance and corporate finance management, Ganesh brings a decisive and strategic approach to driving performance and governance across the organisation’s operations.

In his current role, Ganesh plays a pivotal part in managing operations in the Netherlands, ensuring robust financial governance and aligning business strategy with regional market needs. He leads initiatives on financial controls, risk management and customer and vendor negotiations, securing advantageous terms and delivering cost efficiencies. His expertise in forming strategic partnerships and evaluating the financial viability of new projects makes him a key driver of operational and strategic decision-making.

Prior to this, Ganesh worked with Godrej Consumer Products International FZCO in Dubai, UAE, where he held significant responsibilities in treasury operations and trade finance.

Ganesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounts, and Taxation from the University of Kerala and is currently pursuing CMA (Part 2) from the Institute of Management Accountants, USA. He is based in the Netherlands and is passionate about creating sustainable financial systems that integrate local operations with broader corporate goals.

Vini Jain is the Director and Finance Manager of Godrej Consumer Holdings Netherlands BV. With over 13 years of experience in finance and business partnering, she has built expertise in establishing governance frameworks, driving cost optimisation and strengthening organisational growth across geographies.

In her current role, Vini oversees the company’s operations in the Netherlands, where she mentors and guides teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Vini’s career spans a diverse set of industries, including retail and luxury fashion, consumer goods, paints and chemicals and power transmission. Before joining Godrej, she worked with Reliance Brands Limited, where she managed budgeting for retail businesses in the UK and franchise operations across 17 countries.

She is passionate about building strong teams and embedding processes that enable sustainable growth across markets.

IQEQ Netherlands N.V. operates as a trust office under The Act on the Supervision of Trust Offices, 2018 and provides a wide range of trust and corporate services to Godrej Consumer Holdings Netherlands BV. Acting as Corporate Directors, they offer comprehensive support across key functions including legal and secretarial compliance, record keeping, vendor verification, payroll management, financial reporting and real-time monitoring.
